CIS Requested for Trespassing: Lawrence Joyner

The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding Lawrence Joyner specifically, or trespassing generally. You can submit a CIS via e-mail to the 2nd Precinct at 2precinctimpact@ci.minneapolis.mn.us. The submission deadline is June 19th.

Lawrence Lee Joyner Booking PhotoLawrence Lee Joyner (Date of Birth: 5/9/1961) is charged with Trespass. On May 21, 2009, at the 6xx block of 17th Ave NE, officers were at the above location on an unrelated matter when the officers were approached by a reporting person. Officers were advised that Lawrence Lee Joyner was in the basement of a residence and that Lawrence Lee Joyner had been verbally trespassed on two separate occasions on 05/19/09. Officers went into the basement of the residence and found Lawrence Lee Joyner there. Joyner was booked Hennepin County Jail.
