The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding Dorian McCoy Jr. specifically, or narcotics generally. You can submit a CIS via e-mail to the 2nd Precinct at 2precinctimpact@ci.minneapolis.mn.us. The submission deadline is June 26th.

Dorian Oscar McCoy Jr. (Date of Birth: 6/20/1988) is charged with 5th Degree Sale of Controlled Substance—aiding and abetting. On May 7th, 2009, in the 10xx block of Washington Ave SE, Officers were working undercover when they purchased narcotics from Dorian Oscar McCoy Jr. He was booked into the Hennepin County Jail.

If you have observed this person engaging in conduct that negatively impacts our community, please consider writing a community impact statement describing that conduct and how it has impacted you and the neighborhood as a whole.
