The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding Calvin Fluence specifically, or narcotics generally. You can submit a CIS via e-mail to the 2nd Precinct at 2precinctimpact@ci.minneapolis.mn.us. The submission deadline is May 19th.

Calvin Fluence (Date of Birth: n/a) is charged with 3rd Degree Sale of Controlled Substance and 5th Degree Possession of Controlled Substance. On April 15, 2009 in the 7xx block of Lowry Ave NE, Calvin Fluence sold an undercover Officer a quantity of a substance which field-tested positive as crack cocaine.

If you have observed this person engaging in conduct that negatively impacts our community, please consider writing a community impact statement describing that conduct and how it has impacted you and the neighborhood as a whole.
