CIS Requested for Auto Theft: David Neiber

The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding David Neiber specifically, or auto theft generally. You can submit a CIS via e-mail to the 2nd Precinct at 2precinctimpact@ci.minneapolis.mn.us. The submission deadline is May 28th.

David Francis Neiber Booking PhotoDavid Neiber (Date of Birth: 2/24/1969) is charged with two cases of receiving stolen property. On March 22, 2009, in the 7xx block of Lowry Ave NE, Officers saw a vehicle driven by David Francis Neiber and did a routine plate check. It revealed both the front and rear plates were stolen off another vehicle on 3/21/09. Therefore, David Francis Neiber was found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle with wrong plates on it. He was booked into Hennepin County Jail.

On April 7, 2009, David Francis Neiber was found to be in possession of stolen property. He was again booked into Hennepin County Jail.
