The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding Andrew Posey specifically, or narcotics generally. You can submit a CIS via e-mail to the 2nd Precinct at 2precinctimpact@ci.minneapolis.mn.us. The submission deadline is February 27th.

Posey, Williams, and Strickland appear to have been collared in the same raid.

Andrew Washington Posey (Date of Birth: 4/11/1985) is charged with felony possession of narcotics and possession of a firearm. On January 15, 2009, Minneapolis SWAT and 2nd precinct CRT team performed a search warrant at the 12xx block of Lowry Ave NE (at Fillmore). Andrew Washington Posey was booked into the Hennepin County Jail for narcotics.
