The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding Lamar Hutton specifically, or assault* generally. You can submit a CIS via e-mail to the 2nd Precinct at 2precinctimpact@ci.minneapolis.mn.us. The submission deadline is January 27th.

Marcus Monteze Western (Date of Birth: 11/22/1981) is charged with Assaulting a Peace Officer and Obstructing Legal Process. On January 10, 2009 at the 19xx block of Marshall St NE, Marcus Monteze Western was arrested and booked Hennepin County Jail for assaulting an officer.
