The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding Lamar Hutton specifically, or disorderly conduct* generally. You can submit a CIS via e-mail to the 2nd Precinct at 2precinctimpact@ci.minneapolis.mn.us. The submission deadline is January 27th.

Lamar Michael Hutton (Date of Birth: n/a) is charged with Disorderly Conduct. On December 27, 2008, at the 19xx block of Marshall St NE, Lamar Michael Hutton was booked for disorderly conduct after an altercation with bouncers and police.
