One shot fired from what sounded like a high powered hand gun (9mm?) at approximately 10:20pm followed by a 2nd shot less than 30 seconds later. Location boundaries, 17th Avenue on the north to 13th avenue on the south, monroe on the east and adams on the west. |

McGee is still on the loose. Police say his usual area of activity is near 18th Ave NE and Polk St. He is 6'-1" and 185 pounds. If you see him call 911 immediately. Do not approach. |

Lawrence Lee Joyner (Date of Birth: 5/9/1961) is charged with Trespass. On May 21, 2009, at the 6xx block of 17th Ave NE, officers were at the above location on an unrelated matter when the officers were approached by a reporting person. Officers were advised that Lawrence Lee Joyner was in the basement of a residence and that Lawrence Lee Joyner had been verbally trespassed on two separate occasions on 05/19/09. Officers went into the basement of the residence and found Lawrence Lee Joyner there. Joyner was booked Hennepin County Jail.
Keith James Klinke (Date of Birth: 9/21/1981) is charged with 5th Degree Possession. On April 19, 2009 at the 18xx block of 6th Street NE, Officers responded to a fight. Keith James Klinke was booked for narcotics.
Jasmine Ristamaki (Date of Birth: n/a) is charged with 2nd Degree possession and 2nd Degree sales of narcotics, both felonies. On March 21, 2009 Officers conducted a search warrant in the 15xx block of Madison St NE. The resident, who was identified by MN ID as Jasmine Christine Ristamaki, was booked into the Hennepin County Jail for possession of a controlled substance.
Thomas Paul Underheim (Date of Birth: 04/25/1967) is charged with 2nd Degree Possession; a felony. On March 6, 2009, at the 18xx block of Central Ave NE, officers executed a search warrant and a weighable amount of crystal methamphetamine was recovered. Thomas Paul Underheim was booked into the Hennepin County Jail.
Dominique Nicole Mays (Date of Birth: 8/19/1986) is charged with Prostitution. On October 1, 2008, in the 18xx block of Taylor St NE Dominique Nicole Mays was arrested after soliciting a plainclothes officer. She was transported and booked at Hennepin County Jail.
William Robert Waldahl (Date of Birth: 10/15/1981) is charged with Trespassing. On May 23, 2008, in the 1xx block of 17th Ave NE, William Robert Waldahl was cited for trespassing in an abandoned building.
Troy Lee Haynes (Date of Birth: 12/04/1963) is charged with Fleeing a Peace Officer, Theft, and Lurking. On September 1, 2008, at the 3xx block of 18th Ave SE, Troy Lee Haynes was observed trying several vehicle doors in the area by witness. Officers were aware of numerous thefts/tampering of motor vehicles in the immediate area. Troy Lee Haynes was booked Hennepin County Jail without incident.
James Lee Zaccardi (Date of Birth: n/a) is charged with loitering with intent to commit a crime. On July 31, 2008, officers observed James Lee Zaccardi loitering with intent to commit a crime at the corner of 17th Ave NE and Washington St NE. Zaccardi was taken into custody and was booked into Hennepin County jail.
Nicole Williams (Date of Birth: 9/26/1984) is charged with possession of Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree. On July 11th, 2008, at Central Ave NE & 18th Ave NE, officers executed a search warrant on an apartment. A quantity of heroin and powder cocaine were seized. Williams was booked into the Hennepin County jail for narcotics possession.
Larry Vincent Brown (Date of Birth: 8/13/1977) is charged with possession of Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree, 3rd Degree and 5th Degree. On July 11th, 2008, at Central Ave NE & 18th Ave NE, officers executed a search warrant on an apartment. A quantity of heroin and powder cocaine were seized. Brown was booked into the Hennepin County jail for narcotics possession.
Cinda Lou Schwankl (Date of Birth: 5/8/1957) is charged with possession of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree. On June 4th, 2008, at 15th Ave NE & Adams St NE, officers located a person identified as Cinda Lou Schwankl to be in possession of methamphetamine. Schwankl was booked into the Hennepin County jail for narcotics. The crystal methamphetamine field-tested positive and was inventoried into the Minneapolis Police Department property room as evidence. The Hennepin County Drug Court was notified of the arrest.
