(Lowery Ave. and Howard St. area. Sometime between 10pm Nov 9 and 6am Nov 10 someone broke into my car, rummaged through it and stole a case that had about 45-50 cds in it and a few dollars worth of change from my change container. |

UPDATE: Sept 1, 2009: Late this afternoon the suspect in the sexual assault that occurred in the 1700 block of Elm SE turned himself in. Alexander Gene Bouchier (DOB 10/15/82) reported to Hennepin County Jail and was charged with CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONDUCT IN THE FIFTH DEGREE (FELONY). According to the complaint, Bouchier was identified from media reports by a person that knew him previously. Bouchier was interviewed and he admitted that it was himself in the video. Minneapolis Crime Watch has posted photos of the suspect in a sexual assault last Saturday:

Lawrence Lee Joyner (Date of Birth: 5/9/1961) is charged with Trespass. On May 21, 2009, at the 6xx block of 17th Ave NE, officers were at the above location on an unrelated matter when the officers were approached by a reporting person. Officers were advised that Lawrence Lee Joyner was in the basement of a residence and that Lawrence Lee Joyner had been verbally trespassed on two separate occasions on 05/19/09. Officers went into the basement of the residence and found Lawrence Lee Joyner there. Joyner was booked Hennepin County Jail.
Jesse Darrel Downer (Date of Birth: n/a) is charged with 5th Degree Possession of Controlled Substance. On April 18, 2009, Officer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of 23rd Ave NE and Central Ave NE. The driver, Jesse Darrel Downer, was booked into the Hennepin County Jail for possession of a large amount of marijuana and for a gross misdemeanor warrant.
Calvin Fluence (Date of Birth: n/a) is charged with 3rd Degree Sale of Controlled Substance and 5th Degree Possession of Controlled Substance. On April 15, 2009 in the 7xx block of Lowry Ave NE, Calvin Fluence sold an undercover Officer a quantity of a substance which field-tested positive as crack cocaine.
Keith James Klinke (Date of Birth: 9/21/1981) is charged with 5th Degree Possession. On April 19, 2009 at the 18xx block of 6th Street NE, Officers responded to a fight. Keith James Klinke was booked for narcotics.
David Neiber (Date of Birth: 2/24/1969) is charged with two cases of receiving stolen property. On March 22, 2009, in the 7xx block of Lowry Ave NE, Officers saw a vehicle driven by David Francis Neiber and did a routine plate check. It revealed both the front and rear plates were stolen off another vehicle on 3/21/09. Therefore, David Francis Neiber was found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle with wrong plates on it. He was booked into Hennepin County Jail.
Thomas Paul Underheim (Date of Birth: 04/25/1967) is charged with 2nd Degree Possession; a felony. On March 6, 2009, at the 18xx block of Central Ave NE, officers executed a search warrant and a weighable amount of crystal methamphetamine was recovered. Thomas Paul Underheim was booked into the Hennepin County Jail.
Archie Edward Easton (Date of Birth: n/a) is charged with assault, disorderly conduct, interfering with a transit operator and aggressive solicitation. On January 17, 2009 at the intersection of Central Ave NE and 22nd Ave NE, Archie Edward Easton was arrested after he punched and spit on a Metro Transit Bus Driver who was operating a bus. He also had verbal altercations with other bus riders while arguing with and assaulting the driver, creating a dangerous situation.
David Thomas Bernier (Date of Birth: 7/20/1973) is charged with 5th Degree Possession and Trespassing. On July 12, 2008, at the intersection of 16th Ave NE and University Ave NE, officers stopped David Thomas Bernier in his listed vehicle as he had an outstanding warrant. Bernier was taken into custody on his warrant. Officers located suspected methamphetamine in a pool cue holder right next to Bernier’s seat and one hitter drug pipe in the console in his vehicle. Bernier was booked at Hennepin County Jail for narcotics.
Amy Smith Bruneau (Date of Birth: n/a) is charged with 5th Degree Possession. On December 4, 2008, Officers conducted a suspicious vehicle stop at the intersection of 23rd Av NE and Grand St NE. Amy Smith Bruneau was booked into the Hennepin County jail for possession of a controlled substance.
Elizabeth Jean Kleven (Date of Birth: 10/31/1976) is charged with Aggravated Robbery and Simple Robbery. On December 13, 2008, a business in the 26xx block of Central Av NE was robbed by a female who implied that she had a weapon. Elizabeth Jean Kleven was booked into the Hennepin County Jail.
