25XX Fillmore St NE. Yesterday my neighbor called the police because a man was standing outside/walking around my house, looking into my windows around 11pm. I guess he was on the lawn, and very close to my house. Other people have told me about a man standing on the sidewalk and staring into my place, and from the descriptions, it seems to be the same man. The description is that he is a 40-50 year old white man, 6 feet tall, scruffy/culry blond/light hair, baseball cap, grungy clothes, glasses, and he always has his dog with him; a little tan/white sheltie-looking dog. If you see someone like this in your area please keep an eye on him. If you see him on private property of your neighbor or your own home call 911 immediately. |
