Mugging and Shooting on 28th and Polk St.

It didn't get more than a blip on the news http://kstp.com/news/stories/S1637206.shtml?cat=1 but a man was mugged, shot, and robbed on my corner last Friday the 2nd.

The suspects are 4 black males and at least two were wearing something red.

It could be just coincidence but two NECP patrollers and myself were threatened with a beating in front of my house last Wednesday. (two days before) by 4 black males (two wearing red) and one white male with a little dog. I believe the black males are new to the area, but I think the white boy has been in the area for some time.

Of course there is no proof these are the culprits for the shooting and mugging, but from 6 years of being a patrol person and dealing with these type of thugs, I can tell you this group is trouble and they eventually will hurt someone.

Saturday this group passed my house again (a few neighbors are watching) two separated off at my corner that went to Central Ave., and I followed the others to their hang out, which was a house on the 2900 block of Lincoln. (Active NECP patrollers can call me and I'll give you the exact address.)

and now they have stole a car

and now they have stole a car and crashed and some are dead !
