The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding Elizabeth Kleven specifically, or robbery generally. You can submit a CIS via e-mail to the 2nd Precinct at 2precinctimpact@ci.minneapolis.mn.us. The submission deadline is January 3rd.

Elizabeth Jean Kleven (Date of Birth: 10/31/1976) is charged with Aggravated Robbery and Simple Robbery. On December 13, 2008, a business in the 26xx block of Central Av NE was robbed by a female who implied that she had a weapon. Elizabeth Jean Kleven was booked into the Hennepin County Jail.

If you have observed this person engaging in conduct that negatively impacts our community, please consider writing a community impact statement describing that conduct and how it has impacted you and the neighborhood as a whole.
