The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding Ralph Arnold specifically, or weapons generally. You can submit a CIS via e-mail to the 2nd Precinct at 2precinctimpact@ci.minneapolis.mn.us. The submission deadline is November 4th.

Ralph Dasheik Arnold (Date of Birth: 8/7/1987) is charged with Carrying a Weapon in a Public Place. On October 2, 2008, at the intersection of Central Ave NE and Spring St NE officers were dispatched to the area on a person with a gun call. Ralph Dasheik Arnold was located and booked Hennepin County Jail.

If you have observed this person engaging in conduct that negatively impacts our community, please consider writing a community impact statement describing that conduct and how it has impacted you and the neighborhood as a whole.
