Impact Statements Requested for Vehicle Tampering: Troy Haynes

The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding Troy Haynes specifically, or vehicle tampering & theft generally. You can submit a CIS via e-mail to the 2nd Precinct at 2precinctimpact@ci.minneapolis.mn.us. The submission deadline is September 11th.

Haynes, Troy Booking PhotoTroy Lee Haynes (Date of Birth: 12/04/1963) is charged with Fleeing a Peace Officer, Theft, and Lurking. On September 1, 2008, at the 3xx block of 18th Ave SE, Troy Lee Haynes was observed trying several vehicle doors in the area by witness. Officers were aware of numerous thefts/tampering of motor vehicles in the immediate area. Troy Lee Haynes was booked Hennepin County Jail without incident.
