Impact Statements Requested for Narcotics: Lawrence Joyner

The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding Lawrence Joyner specifically, or narcotics generally. Joyner, Lawrence Booking PhotoLawrence Lee Joyner (Date of Birth: 5/9/1961) is charged with 5th degree possession of a controlled substance. On August 13, 2008, at the intersection of Lowry Ave NE and Monroe St NE, officers conducted a traffic law enforcement (TLE) and recovered suspected crack cocaine from Lawrence Lee Joyner. Suspected narcotics and paraphernalia were inventoried as evidence.
