Impact Statements Requested for Loitering: James Zaccardi

The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding James Zaccardi specifically, or loitering/lurking generally. You can submit a CIS via e-mail to 2nd Precinct community paralegal Stephanie Lee at Stephanie.Lee@ci.minneapolis.mn.us. The submission deadline is October 23rd.

Zaccardi, James Booking PhotoJames Lee Zaccardi (Date of Birth: n/a) is charged with loitering with intent to commit a crime. On July 31, 2008, officers observed James Lee Zaccardi loitering with intent to commit a crime at the corner of 17th Ave NE and Washington St NE. Zaccardi was taken into custody and was booked into Hennepin County jail.
