The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding Nicole Williams specifically, or narcotics generally. You can submit a CIS online, or via e-mail to 2nd Precinct community paralegal Stephanie Lee at Stephanie.Lee@ci.minneapolis.mn.us. The submission deadline is August 1st.

Nicole Williams (Date of Birth: 9/26/1984) is charged with possession of Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree. On July 11th, 2008, at Central Ave NE & 18th Ave NE, officers executed a search warrant on an apartment. A quantity of heroin and powder cocaine were seized. Williams was booked into the Hennepin County jail for narcotics possession.
