The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding Larry Vincent Brown specifically, or narcotics generally. Larry Vincent Brown (Date of Birth: 8/13/1977) is charged with possession of Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree, 3rd Degree and 5th Degree. On July 11th, 2008, at Central Ave NE & 18th Ave NE, officers executed a search warrant on an apartment. A quantity of heroin and powder cocaine were seized. Brown was booked into the Hennepin County jail for narcotics possession.
