Impact Statements Requested for Narcotics: Cinda Schwankl

The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding Nicholas Luke Kraskey specifically, or narcotics generally.  Schwankl, Cinda Lou Booking Photo Cinda Lou Schwankl (Date of Birth: 5/8/1957) is charged with possession of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree. On June 4th, 2008, at 15th Ave NE & Adams St NE, officers located a person identified as Cinda Lou Schwankl to be in possession of methamphetamine. Schwankl was booked into the Hennepin County jail for narcotics. The crystal methamphetamine field-tested positive and was inventoried into the Minneapolis Police Department property room as evidence. The Hennepin County Drug Court was notified of the arrest.
