Cinda Lou Schwankl (Date of Birth: 5/8/1957) is charged with possession of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree. On June 4th, 2008, at 15th Ave NE & Adams St NE, officers located a person identified as Cinda Lou Schwankl to be in possession of methamphetamine. Schwankl was booked into the Hennepin County jail for narcotics. The crystal methamphetamine field-tested positive and was inventoried into the Minneapolis Police Department property room as evidence. The Hennepin County Drug Court was notified of the arrest.
