The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding Joey James Sullivan or Mark Richard Lalonde specifically, or burglary generally. You can submit a CIS online, or via e-mail to 2nd Precinct community paralegal Stephanie Lee at Stephanie.Lee@ci.minneapolis.mn.us. The submission deadline is July 1st.

Joey James Sullivan (Date of Birth: 3/18/1971) is charged with 3rd Degree Burglary and Possession of Burglary Tools. On May 18th, 2008 officers responded to an audible business alarm on Tyler St at 13th Av NE and arrested Sullivan.

Mark Richard Lalonde (Date of Birth: 3/27/1978) is charged with 3rd Degree Burglary and Possession of Burglary Tools. On May 18th, 2008 officers responded to an audible business alarm on Tyler St at 13th Av NE and arrested Lalonde.
