Impact Statements Requested for Narcotics: Marvin Drummond

The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding Marvin Lee Drummond specifically, or narcotics crimes generally. The submission deadline is June 10th.

DRummond, Marvin Lee Booking PhotoMarvin Lee Drummond (Date of Birth: 9/14/1981) is charged with Posession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree (a felony). On June 1st, 2007, an MPD officer observed Marvin Lee Drummond walking back and forth on a sidewalk in front of the grade school at Broadway and 6th St NE. Drummond was then walking up to vehicles on Broadway west bound as they were waiting for the red light at University Av NE. Officer then stopped Drummond to investigate and suspected narcotics were found in Drummond’s possession. Additional suspected narcotics and a gun clip were found at Hennepin County Jail intake while being booked.
