The City attorney and 2nd Precinct are requesting Community Impact Statements (CIS) regarding narcotics generally, or Kristine Carrol Noel specifically. The submission deadline is May 29th.

Kristine Carrol Noel (Date of Birth: 5/20/1974) is charged with 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance. Noel was arrested on October 23rd, 2007, in the 4xx block of 6th Street SE as the result of a “Knock and Talk” investigation of a person with an outstanding felony warrant.

An omnibus hearing on this case is scheduled for June 3rd, 2008. This case may or may not resolve at this court appearance.
