Timothy Ray Van Buren (Date of Birth: n/a) is a wanted fugitive and a Level 3 sex offender. His past victims have been adult females. Subject may be under the influence of drugs, specifically crack cocaine. Subject is known to frequent the North Minneapolis area and has used alcohol and crack cocaine in the past.

UPDATE: KSTP radio reports Timothy Van Buren was apprehended in Loring Park, Minneapolis, on April 21st, as a result of a tip from the public.
