Vigilant Neighbors Thwart Thieves

A Woodbury neighborhood has helped police arrest a pair of burglars.

This might be taken as testimony to the effectiveness of a watchful community, and to the power of enlightened self-interest. "About 50 neighbors have signed up for the [crimewatch group], many of them are concerned the burglars would move beyond the new homes and into their own."
